In addition, it should be noted that this equipment is for industrial use only.

Note: for additional labeling requirements, see GB 5959.1--2005.

Instructions should also be given to the type of generator and the full address of the manufacturer.

With the import and export of microwave heating equipment or easy application of ventilation alone L close to the mouth or vent, should be in and out of each near the striking position, with one or more languages need to clearly mark the following or a similar warning:

  Warning

  Microwave radiation hazard.

  Do not insert foreign objects.

The relevant information shall be given on the nameplate or in the documentation of the manufacturer.

  5 protection against electric shock

Microwave heating equipment design, manufacture and operation should be able to fully prevent the risk of electric shock.

The equipment shall comply with the requirements of the relevant provisions of the GB 5959.1--2005 note that the terms of the GB 5959.1--2005 do not apply to the part of the circuit at microwave frequencies.

  6 microwave leakage protection

  6.1 microwave leakage limit

The design, manufacture and operation of 6.1.1 microwave heating equipment should be able to effectively prevent the radiation risk caused by microwave leakage.

In the event that the application may be exposed to some part of the body (see 3.10) and have more than the allowable limits of the hazard of microwave leakage, all equipment shall be provided with protective measures, such as a cabinet door or barrier with interlocking (see 3.11).

In the microwave heating equipment in normal operation state, at a distance of any part of the distance is equal to or greater than 0.05 M to meet any nearby, the leakage of microwave power density should be less than 50 W/m2 (5 m W/cm2); in the "non normal operation state of the equipment, it should be no more than lOOW/m2.

The maximum microwave leakage should be measured by the instrument to meet the requirements of the 6.2 to determine whether it meets the requirements of this clause in the operation of the microwave heating system in the manner specified in 6.3.

The 6.1.2 is equipped with a microwave heating apparatus with a barrier to restrict the distance between the personnel and the distance. If the barrier is provided with a microwave interlock with 6.4.2, it is subject to the provisions of this article.

6.1.3 this section specifies the microwave leakage value (refer to the emission value) measured at a distance of 0.05 m away from any accessible part of the microwave heating equipment.

Note: GB 10436--1989 provides the maximum amount of radiation for the operator"s microwave radiation.

  6.2 measurement of microwave leakage

Microwave leakage shall be measured in accordance with the following requirements:

  A) for step input signal, the instrument should be within 2 s ~ 3 s to achieve the actual stability of the value of 90%;

  B has a non polarized radiation detector that can work only in the vicinity;

C measurement of microwave heating equipment operating frequency can be 25%/ 20% (a ldB) accuracy of 50 W/m2.

  LOOW/m2 power density (plane wave).

  6.3 measurement conditions

  6.3.1 normal operation

According to the microwave heating equipment manufacturers and users of negotiation allows work under the condition of microwave power input range and type of materials, measured from any close to the maximum of 0.05 M or any part of the microwave equipment further leaks.

  6.3.2 on load abnormal operation

The 6.3.1 measurements should be repeated in the case of the discharge or opening of all enclosure doors, the door of the application, and the cover plate. However, when the discharge is switched off or turned on, the microwave interlock can interrupt the generation of microwave power.

The measurement of the 6.3.1 should be repeated in each case with a microwave enclosure door, cover plate, or application door being adjusted to the most unfavorable position of the microwave power.

  6.3.3 no-load abnormal operation

In the application of a material to be processed and the microwave energy maximum power generator to adjust equipment interlocking device allowed or not to make the maximum power microwave heating system is damaged, repeated 6.3.1 and 6.3.2 measurements.

6.4 requirements for microwave interlocking devices

  6.4.1 application gate

Application of microwave heating equipment to open the door, there should be at least two microwave interlock action, the design of interlocking devices should have safety and service life of high long (second risk levels in line with the GB/T 16855.1--2005).

When the mechanical or electrical interlock of the application door fails, an alarm should be issued and the microwave heating equipment shall be stopped.

When any electrical or mechanical component fails, any microwave interlock of any application door shall not be lost.

Each application door shall be provided with at least one microwave interlock which is concealed and will not be used by any part of the body when the door is opened or in any intermediate position.

The microwave interlock shall be designed so that when the door is opened or closed, the microwave leakage does not exceed the specified limit of 6.1.

  6.4.2 door and cover

If the microwave heating device"s door or cover plate is opened or unloaded, the microwave leakage exceeds the specified value of 0.1, then the opening or unloading of each cabinet door or cover should have at least one microwave interlock action.

In order to ensure safety, two interlocking devices are usually needed.

  6.4.3 microwave absorber

The microwave heating equipment with liquid absorption device of microwave flow, if any one absorbing device in liquid flow at the outlet will reduce leakage more than 6.1 limits of the microwave, you should have at least one microwave interlock action.
